My Nashville Looks

My Nashville Looks

My husband and I had a relaxing trip to Nashville this past Labor Day weekend.  One of my favorite things about Nashville is their taste in fashion and the millions of beautiful murals around the city.  We went all over – 12 South, The Gulch, East Nash, Germantown, and Broadway.  Each area had its own culture.  I had a lot of people message/comment on the places on went while in Nash.  I plan on doing an entire post of my favorite places / things to do in Nashville!  Meanwhile, here are some of my looks from this past weekend.  Below each picture you can shop my look by clicking on each picture. Weekender Tote

I feel like what makes traveling more exciting is when you have cute travel bags to bring with you.  I mean sitting in the car or the airport are not the most desired things to do, but when you have a cute weekender bag or piece of luggage – that all seems to go away.

I am off to the music city of Nashville this weekend and I couldn’t leave without bringing this bag I recently received from Karlie Clothes.  This online store and wholesaler has the cutest clothes, accessories, jewelry, and of course – bags.  I love the history of this family-owned company and their foundation that they live on.  I am ALL about the details of this Tuscan Weekender bag I am carrying. (Which is currently on sale!!)  It is the perfect size because it is not too big or not too small.  I finally have a bag for weekend trips that can fit my size 10 shoes in. They have plenty of other totes and weekender bag options too.  Click HERE to see more of their bag options. Continue reading “Weekender Tote”

Floral Kimono

I wore kimonos like they were my job this past summer.  I love kimonos because they can add that “special something” to an outfit.  I also love how I can wear kimonos in a variety of settings.  I have worn them to the beach all the way to dressing up for a night on the town.  One of my favorite places to get kimonos is a boutique called, Altar’d State.  I purchased about 3 kimonos from their semi-annual sale they had in the summer.  This floral kimono was one of my faves.  Because this is more of a summer kimono, it is no longer in stock – BUT click HERE to look at their other FALL kimono options. there All of Altar’d State’s tops (kimonos included) are BOGO 50%. Click HERE for the sale.  Continue reading “Floral Kimono”

Denim Dress

Denim has always been my “go-to”.  I don’t know if its because of my blonde hair or my casual/ sophisticated/ southern-ish style,  but I have always drifted towards denim pieces.

This denim dress is a total S T E A L at H&M right now.  I made a post about this dress when I first started my blog and it sold out quickly after I posted it – BUT GOOD NEWS –  they have restocked this dress and it is only $20!  I love it because of the ruffle detail and it can be worn in multiple seasons.  I wore this dress with booties and I also liked the dress with these coral tassel heels to add a pop of color.  I purchased these heels a while ago but I did find them in various colors linked below. White Band Jacket

I kinda went jacket crazy when I made a trip to Chicago a few weekends ago and bought three jackets.  I love jackets because they can really be worn 3 out of the 4 seasons of the year and they are great layering / statement pieces.
One of the jacket purchases I made in Chicago was this band jacket from White House Black Market. I was super excited because this jacket is UNDER $50! I love the gold buttons on the sleeves and the front.  It also hugs my body perfectly.  One of my biggest struggles with jackets is that they are either too short or too boxy.   The jacket I am wearing is a size 2.
These jeans are one of my favorite high wasted skinny jeans I have ever bought.  They are only $16 at Boohoo with the code YAY50!  The jeans are true to size, if anything order a size up just to be safe! They are a stretch material so they have some give to them. Continue reading “White Band Jacket”

What was in my bag from the #Nsale

What was in my bag from the #Nsale

When you buy something on sale, it is usually clothes from the end of the season.  One of my favorite sales of the year is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (AKA the Nsale) because they mark down NEW ARRIVALS.   They mark a wide selection of their newer items wayyy down for a few short weeks and then mark them back up.  I wanted to share with you some of my favorites from the sale before it ends on August 6th. I have partnered with JORD Watches and let me lay it all on the table… I would NEVER partner with someone who I wasn’t excited about their product.  With that being said,  JORD watches absolutely stole a part of my heart.  They make one-of-a-kind wooden watches for men and women.  I love these watches because they are very high quality, but can be dressed up or down.  I am O B S E S S E D with the Frankie 35 Series in the dark sandalwood & mint.  I have always had an “outdoorsy” / “natural” kind of style and this timeless piece matches that perfectly.   Continue reading “JORD Watch $100 Giveaway”
